Since our products are produced to order and due to the volume of orders we receive, the information provided is on estimation bases, however, our mission is to get your package to you as soon as possible.
- Orders placed Monday to Fridays, will be processed and dispatched within 3 working days*.
- Orders placed on non-working days, such as weekends, bank holidays, national holidays and out off-business hours will be processed the next working day and dispatched within 3 working days.
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point on which you click on "Submit" during the ordering process.
If you should place an order for an incorrect item, please email us by using the "Contact Us" page under the subject heading "Amend Order" to change details of your order.
If the order has been dispatched before you have notified us of the error you will be liable for the to and return delivery costs.
Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure your address is complete correctly when placing your order. We do not take responsibility for a lost or undelivered item if the address is incorrect. A new delivery will not be dispatched until the original order is delivered back to us. If your order is returned to us the cost of re-delivery must be paid before it is dispatched again.
Unfortunately from time to time stock may not be available. You will be contacted if the item you ordered is out of stock. You will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.
Please note, you may receive more than one delivery per order as some items may be dispatched separately once an item becomes available. Multiple orders will be consolidated into one delivery if you choose to wait for an item to become available. Please advise if you prefer that they weren't.

*Orders are generally dispatched within 3 working days although this may take longer during the festive periods and holidays and under some circumstances.
**If your country is not listed above, unfortunately, it means that we don't deliver there right now. But be sure to check again soon as we will be adding new destinations to the list. If you would like to enquire about us shipping to your country, if not listed, please send us an email.
***Deliveries are between Monday to Saturday. Deliveries will not be made on Sundays or non-working days such as bank holidays and national holidays. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may fluctuate depending on destination and time of year. Please note, due to the increased volume of mail during the holiday season, the postal service may take an average of 3 to 10 days longer than normal to deliver your package. We ask that you please be patient and allow plenty of time to place your order.

Deliveries to P.O. Boxes, Universities, BFPO and Hotel addresses
We deliver to university addresses. Please ensure you have entered full and correct information such as; room number, name of residency hall, building, block and/or department.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver orders to P.O. Boxes, BFPO and hotel addresses.
